Upon sending the course confirmation, participants will be subjected to 100% of the course fees for any cancellation/withdrawal.

Replacements from the same company are allowed. Sozcode must be notified at least 1 working day prior to the course. Sozcode reserves the right to change or cancel the course due to unforeseen circumstances. A full refund of the course fee will be made to you.

Similarly for no-shows, participants will also be subjected to 100% of the course fees.
