Fast food chain based in Malaysia

Realtime decision making with Power BI Dashboard

In today's fast-paced business environment, making data-driven decisions is essential for success. To support this, we implemented a Power BI dashboard for a fast-food chain in Malaysia.

Our solution automated the extraction and transformation of data from their Point of Sales system using Pipedream, which was then piped into Google Bigquery. This data was then visualized in real-time using Power BI and refreshed daily. This allowed the management team to have a timely and accurate overview of their business performance, enabling them to make more informed decisions.

Full roll out of data solution and training end-users to be power users.

Only after succeeding in the pilot project, we will continue with the full roll out of data solutions. We can also train users to be proficient with the analytics tools and to be enpowered to create their own solutions.
